This is the real workflow of a freelancer based in Taichung. She started using AI tools for e-commerce product copy in March; in April she booked 14 jobs and cleared, after subscriptions, NT$ 68,000. We asked her to take the whole process apart.

The tool stack

Claude does the heavy lifting on drafts and rewrites, Notion tracks clients and deliveries, Canva handles mockups. Monthly tooling runs about NT$ 1,400。

Hours per job

A set of five product descriptions takes on average 2.5 hours from receiving the assets to delivery. Under 40 minutes of that is back-and-forth with the AI; the rest is reading the client’s brand voice and revising.

{"q":"Clients aren’t paying for words an AI wrote. They’re paying because I know which draft is good enough to send."}

How she prices it

Her rate card: five products NT$ 4,500, ten products NT$ 8,000, two rounds of revisions included. It’s at the bottom of this piece, and you’re welcome to use it.
