These terms govern your use of STELLAR MEDIA (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. Accounts

1. Most of the site can be read without an account. Commenting, posting, voting, saving and entering giveaways require you to register.
2. Please register with a valid email address. Email is the one channel we need in order to reach you, and it is what password resets and prize notifications rely on.
3. Your @handle is your address on this site (stellartw.com/u/yourhandle). You may change it in settings, but you may not impersonate anyone or use a misleading name.
4. Do not let anyone else use your account. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
5. You may delete your account at any time. We anonymise it rather than erasing the row: your display name becomes “Deleted user”, your personal data is cleared, and you can no longer log in. Posts and comments remain, attributed to “Deleted user”, so that other people’s threads do not break.

2. Content you post

1. You keep the copyright in what you post.
2. So that we can display, store, back up and technically process it (thumbnails, caching, search indexing), you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to use that content on this site and on our official social channels. The licence ends when you delete the content, although backups and material others have quoted may not disappear immediately.
3. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you hold the necessary rights.
4. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and suspend accounts depending on severity.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating anyone, or claiming a relationship with this site, a brand or a person that does not exist.
• Advertising, spam, flooding, or accessing the site in bulk with automated tools.
• Content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy or reputation.
• Unlawful content, including gambling, fraud, drugs, pornography and hate speech.
• Circumventing or interfering with our verification, giveaway, gacha or any other technical measures.

4. Giveaways and gacha

1. Giveaways are always free to enter, never conditional on a purchase, and limited to one entry per person. The number of prizes, the period, the shipping scope and eligibility are set out in the rules on each giveaway page.
2. Gacha is played with site points. Points can only be earned through activity on this site. They are never sold, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value; they are not refundable if the service ends. Odds are published on each pool’s page.
3. Entering a giveaway requires a verified email address and delivery details (full name, date of birth, address). Shipping scope is declared per giveaway.
4. Under Taiwanese tax law, prizes worth more than NT$1,000 must be reported; for prizes over NT$20,010 we are required to withhold tax (different rates and no threshold apply to non-residents). After you win we will ask for an ID number so that we can file.
5. We may disqualify entries and reclaim prizes where entry was obtained improperly, including duplicate accounts, another person’s identity, or automated tools.

5. Changes and interruptions

The service may be suspended in whole or in part for maintenance, upgrades, faults or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice, except in emergencies. We may also change or withdraw any feature.

6. Disclaimer

1. Content here is general information only and is not investment, legal, medical or any other professional advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own.
2. We link to third-party sites whose content and conduct are outside our control.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and the revision date on this page updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

9. Language

The Traditional Chinese version of these terms prevails. Other languages are provided for convenience only.
